Linzer Torte A fabulous combination of imported raspberry-red currant jam from switzerland enclosed in a tender almond and hazelnut crust with a hint of spice. Caramel Banana Torte Moist banana cake with a caramel buttercream. Garnished with milk chocolate curls and toasted hazelnuts. Brownie Cashew Torte A rich brownie base studded with cashews layered with chocolate cake and smooth chocolate caramel ganache. Iced with chocolate buttercream and decorated with cashews. Classic Cassata Torte Yellow chiffon soaked with rum syrup and layered with a ricotta filling and mini chocolate chips. Iced with whipped cream and finished with pistachio and chocolate curls. Chocolate Truffle Torte A double layer of chocolate mousse atop a layer of rich chocolate cake. Glazed with chocolate ganache and garnished with chocolate shavings. Black Forest Cherry Torte Two layers of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow filled with both dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and Kirsch soaked cherries. Iced with whipped cream. Assorted Fruit Flans Fresh fruits in season layered over our pastry cream and enclosed in our sugar cookie crust. Apricot glazed. Fruit flans always catch the eye and make the mouth water.
